I travelled up to Tallbrook from Birmingham to view a car I was interested in, wondering if the journey would be worthwhile… It certainly was. Honesty, trust, no hard sell - their motto seems to be ‘if you like the car, you’ll buy it’. Well, I did and I did. The car (VW Beetle Convertible) came a few days ago, minor works all done, and I am very pleased with it, also with the promise that I can contact Tallbrook again if a problem arises. Highly recommended - thanks to all.

Bought a Toyota Argo from Tallbrook, I can honestly say it was one of the easiest used car purchases i have made. Richard made the process very easy with no pressure from the test drive to negotiation it was all handled very politely and professionally ever thing explained. The car was also delivered to my home after service, MOT and valet ,excellent service Congragulations Richard and Matthew . It was a pleasure to deal with this firm and I would throughly recommend them to anyone wanting a genuine small car.

What a fantastic experience buying a car from Tallbrook has turned out to be. Rich is one of the nicest people I have had the fortune to meet. His relaxed approached instantly put us at ease, and nothing was too much trouble for him. "Take your time, enjoy the car, and I'll see you when you get back later" I was told when taking the car for a test drive.
Once the sale was agreed, Rich very kindly offered to deliver the car to Wigan as my daughter has yet to pass her test free of charge, amazing. The car - a gorgeous 64 plate Fiat 500 (which my daughter has now named Toni) was delivered 2 days later gleaming after a full service, MOT and valet.
When a very small problem occurred 2 months later, Rich and his team dealt with it immediately. Amazing after service shows that he doesn't forget the customer once the deal is done. Very personal touch which leaves a lasting impression.
I am one extremely happy customer and highly recommend this fantastic garage to all who will listen.
Amazing service, Amazing people and will definitely return in the future.

I bought a car one year ago and can only praise Richard and Matt highly for their handling of my purchase: they let me test drive different cars repeatedly, never pressured me into making a quick decision and were fair when I finally agreed on buying my car (which still runs nicely, by the way). Would happily buy my next car again from them again!

Dealing with Matt and Richard has been easy. They have done everything that they said they would, communicate really clearly, come back to you promptly when you have a query. We met at the agreed exchange point for me to get the car. I had not seen the car before buying it other than the photos on line....the car is exactly as described and is running like a dream. I would definately consider buying from them again.

My son bought a seat Ibiza in January. The car is great! And the whole process of viewing and buying was painless. All the guys at Tallbrook where very helpful. No pressure and good advice. This is the second car we have bought from them. We also bought a Suzuki splash a year ago for my mum which was also a painless experience and she loves the car. Would highly recommend Tallbrook as a great dealership .

The guys at Tallbrook were absolutely great. They treated me with total respect from the moment I went into their car lot. I bought one of the cheapest cars they had for sale, but they went to every effort to make the car look and feel like new. It was valeted, serviced, MOTd and they installed a brand new stereo in the car when I noticed that the old one had issues with it. Tallbrook were honest about everything from the start, even telling me not to buy one of their cars I took an interest in because they weren't happy with it's current state/reliability. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the service. Thanks guys!

We bought a Kia Picanto VR7 from Tallbrook Small Cars Moreton on 11th May 2022. We have now had nine months of trouble free motoring and couldn’t be more happy with the car. Richard Tallbrook is a sincere, genuine and caring man who went above and beyond to make sure we were really happy with our purchase. When we collected the car, although it was a 2014 model it was as new, spotless, plenty of petrol, what more could you want. we bought a small car from here just before Christmas. the guys here where brilliant, never pressured us and we felt at ease and relaxed to buy a car, unlike a lot of garages iv been to who push finance on you ledt right and centre (stoneacres 🙊). the car had a problem not long after purchase but it was not an issue here, they took the car back and kept it till it was fully repaired and borrowed us a courtesy car and even paid for diesel. nothing was too much for these guys and our experiencr with them was fab and would definitely buy a car again here when the time comes. thanks

I bought a used car from Tallbrook 6 months ago and cannot fault the service of Matt and Richard. Second-to-none service with a smile which goes above and beyond that of a regular used car sales experience.

I was not entirely happy with the car I selected after a test drive, but rather than try to persuade me otherwise or sell me a different car they worked extremely hard to ensure that the car I had chosen would meet my standards by the time I collected it, at no doubt great expense to them.

When we need another car we will definitely return to Tallbrook.
